Enterprise user analytics for AI agents. Nebuly reads the conversations people actually have with a company's assistants and turns them into a picture of what those users need.

Senior Software Engineer

  • Build and ship the product end to end — TypeScript and React on the front, Python services behind them — rather than owning a single slice of the stack.
  • Work on the analytics surfaces that turn large volumes of raw agent conversations into something a non-technical team can read and act on, optimizing the queries and ingestion pipelines underneath so they keep scaling as those volumes grow.
  • Own each feature I build from schema and API design through to the UI and into production — cutting releases and syncing environments myself, with support from our devops team on Kubernetes configuration.
  • Spend a lot of time on the boring parts that decide whether a codebase survives — types that actually encode the domain, boundaries that hold, and code that reads the same six months later.

Full-Stack Lead

  • Lead the full-stack team, coordinating our work across software architecture, discovery, planning, and incident management.
  • Helped move the company to agentic-first development, shaping how the team works alongside AI assistants day to day.
  • Build the tooling that makes that repeatable: the skills, rules, subagents and automations behind our AI-assisted development.
  • Protect codebase health and development velocity, both running and advocating for the initiatives that pay down technical debt and strip out friction — like the Vercel-style preview environments we now run on our own stack.

Before that

I have been writing software professionally since 2016. I started on the backend and on mobile — Java and Objective-C — building apps and the microservices behind them at a startup until 2019.

After that came a stretch as a backend developer on Java and .NET for one of Italy's large insurance groups: big systems, long-lived code, and a useful education in what happens to software that has to keep running for a decade.

Since then I've moved into product-focused full-stack work, which is where I've stayed. Somewhere in there I also left Italy for Tbilisi.
